Valentine Bud Vase

So I am in the mood to do a little something Valentine's-ish (yes I am creating new words now). I found this little bud vase tucked away in my never ending cupboard of things I am eventually going to stamp on and thought I would blow the dust off and get a little creative. I hope you enjoy the thought.

The paper is retired Stampin' Up, however anything red or pink will do, I cut it 6" x 5" and then added a border of whisper white ("1) that I scalloped with a punch I got free last year during sale-a-bration.

I added a bit of ribbon and one of my favorite Valentine's stamps, and voila!

OK, so it has been entirely too long since my first post. Bring on the criticism. But I have been a busy little girl working on projects. Above is one that I finished up just moments ago!

My dear friend and upline, Carry Vacanti, created a class with the new Create a Cupcake stamp set and the new Build a Cupcake punch. I took her 4 card ideas (with permission of course) and added 2 of my own, to make this adorable set of cupcake birthday cards. This class will be featured as my upcoming February Stamp Camp on Feb. 18 from 6pm to 10pm. If you cannot attend that night, but still wish to do the projects, I host 2 make- up nights each month or you can purchase a kit. Contact me for details. The camp fee will include the Create a Cupcake stamp set and 12 cards and envelopes. We will make 2 of each design. Hello Stampers!

I am so excited to have created my first blog. My hope is to share new ideas with you as well as information on classes I am offering. Such as this class shown above that I am offering on January 15. I am a mother of 4 precious angels. I have been stamping for nearly 11 years. My passion is handstamped cards, however I dabble in 3-d gift projects and some scrapbooking.
